Tony Ray Wickings, 48, Mayville, is charged with two counts of sex offender – failure to comply with registration act – 3rd or subsequent offense. Probable cause hearing is March 2 and preliminary exam is March 9.
Christopher Michael Lee, 21, Vassar, is charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault). Probable cause hearing is March 2 and preliminary exam is March 9.
Norman John Peters, 49, Cass City, is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault); and assault or assault and battery. Probable cause hearing is March 2 and preliminary exam is March 9.
Caelin Edward Hervert, 35, Vassar, is charged with controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense; and controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense. Probable cause hearing is March 2 and preliminary exam is March 9.
Christina Marie Bresky, 39, Gagetown, is charged with two counts of controlled substance – possession of analogues; operating while intoxicated. Probable cause hearing is March 2 and preliminary exam is March 9.
Donald Paul Schaudt, 34, Deford, is charged with operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense; and operating – license suspended, revoked, denied – 2nd or subsequent offense. Probable cause hearing is March 2 and preliminary exam is March 9.
David Dudley Taylor, 23, Caro, is charged with three counts of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) 50 to 449 grams. Probable cause hearing is February 23 and preliminary exam is March 2.
CIRCUIT COURT
Tyler Rolland Horwath, 27, Vassar, pled no contest to controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense (habitual offender 2nd offense).
Trey Everitt Curley, 24, Smiths Creek, pled guilty to tampering with evidence; and controlled substance – possession of marijuana. Sentence date to be set.
Brady Christopher Horne, 24, Cass City, was sentenced to 365 days, credit for 2 days, 12 months delayed and ordered to pay $1,478 fines and costs for child abuse – 2nd degree; and aggravated assault.
Trevor Wayne Wichman, 17, Troy, was sentenced to 365 days deferred, credit for 3 days, 24 months on SCRAM tether and ordered to pay $1,438 fines and costs for escape – juvenile facility.
