Mrs. Phyllis M. (Weiler) Proctor of Millington, age 76, passed away at her residence late Thurday afternoon March 11, 2015. Born on March 24, 1938 in Mayville, Michigan to the late Henry and Dorothy (Harbin) Weiler. On July 16, 1955, Phyllis married George Proctor Sr. and together she and George have celebrated 59 years of marriage. Phyllis leaves her husband, George Sr.; two sons, George Jr. and Mark Proctor; a daughter, Tracy Schlis; five grandchildren, and other extended family. Besides her parents, Phyllis is preceded in death by two sisters, and one brother. The family received friends on Friday, March 13, 2015 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Hanlin Funeral Home in Millington; and also on Saturday after 1:00 pm an hour prior to the services. Funeral services for Phyllis will be on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the Hanlin Funereal Home at 2:00 pm with the burial to follow at the Millington Township Cemetery. Memorial gifts of remembrance can be directed to a charity of one’s choice.
