District Court

Pamela Renee Andrews, 55, Caro, is charged with ethnic intimidation and domestic violence. Probable cause hearing is March 16 and preliminary exam is March 23.

Janelle Nicole Lancaster, 28, Saginaw, is charged with controlled substance – possession of analogues; controlled substance – possession of marijuana; and operating – license suspended, revoked, denied. Probable cause hearing is March 16 and preliminary exam is March 23.

Tracy Lee Clymer, 39, Millington, is charged with domestic violence – 3rd offense. Probable cause hearing is March 16 and preliminary exam is March 23.

John Joseph Ferkowicz, 72, Silverwood, is charged with controlled substance – possession of analogues; and operating while intoxicated – 2nd offense. Probable cause hearing is March 23 and preliminary exam is March 30.

Scott Frederick Putnam, 45, Caro, is charged with operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense; operating – license suspended, revoked, denied. Probable cause hearing is March 23 and preliminary exam is March 30.

William Lee Tallman II, 49, Fort Gratiot, is charged with operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense; police officer – assault/resisting/obstructing; and operating – license suspended, revoked, denied. Probable cause hearing is March 23 and preliminary exam is March 30.

Circuit Court

Rashonda Kierra Killiebrew, 19, Vassar, pled guilty to attempted escape from a juvenile facility. Sentence date to be set.

Fawneece Rosanne Morgan, 30, Lansing, pled guilty to improper transportation of marijuana and was ordered to pay $1,100 fines and costs.

Daniel Edward Ford, 26, Caro, was sentenced to two days, credit for two days, and ordered to pay $1,398 fines and costs for public utility – fraudulent use over $500.

Hunter Berriman Jacques, 17, Mayville, was sentenced to 93 days, credit for 2 days, and ordered to pay $2,778 fines and costs and $120 restitution for controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of marijuana and operating while intoxicated.

Donald James Talaski, Jr., 24, Marlette, pled guilty to weapons – possession by a felon; and weapons – felony firearm. Sentence date to be set.
