DISTRICT COURT

Michael Wayne Curtis, 47, Vassar, is charged with two counts of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of marijuana; controlled substance – possession of marijuana; and weapons – felony firearms. Probable cause hearing is March 30 and preliminary exam is April 6.

Jack Roy Gachter, 62, Sheridan, is charged with controlled substance – delivery/manufacture marijuana; controlled substance – possession of marijuana. Probable cause hearing is March 30 and preliminary exam is April 6.

Edward Richard Ashcroft, 19, Sheridan, is charged with three counts of larceny in a building and larceny – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000. Probable cause hearing is March 23 and preliminary exam is March 30.

Cory John Lewicki, 25, Caro, is charged with police officer – fleeing – 3rd degree – vehicle code; motor vehicle – unlawful driving away; operating – license suspended, revoked, denied; and motor vehicle – operation without security. Probable cause hearing is March 23 and preliminary exam is March 30. In a separate case, Lewicki is charged with controlled substance – possession of analogues – 2nd or subsequent offense; controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense. Probable cause hearing is March 23 and preliminary exam is March 30.

Dewey Eugene McKenzie II, 32, Marlette, is charged with stolen property – receiving and concealing – $200 or more but less than $1,000 – 2nd or subsequent offense. Probable cause hearing is March 30 and preliminary exam is April 6.

Elizabeth Margaret Bowen, 50, Cass City, is charged with two counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Probable cause hearing is March 23 and preliminary exam is March 30. In a separate case, Bowen is charged with three counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Probable cause hearing is March 23 and preliminary exam is March 30.

Zachary Lee Link, 24, Bay City, is charged with 19 counts of ethnic intimidation. Probable cause hearing is March 23 and preliminary exam is March 30.

Brent Scott Emmons, 42, Vassar, is charged with four counts of criminal sexual conduct – 2nd degree (person under 13, defendent 17 years of age or older); and capturing/distributing images of unclothed person. Probable cause hearing is March 3o and preliminary exam is April 6.

Briana Morgan Janisz, 21, Mayville, is charged with harboring felons. Probable cause hearing is March 30 and preliminary exam is April 6.

Shawn Michael Heronemus, 30, Kingston, is charged with breaking and entering – a building with intent; conspiracy to commit breaking and entering – a building with intent; larceny – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000; and stolen property – receiving and concealing – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000. Probable cause hearing is March 30 and preliminary exam is April 6.

Christopher Allen Raymond Jr., 17, Mayville, is charged with criminal sexual conduct – 3rd degree (person 13-15). Probable cause hearing is March 30 and preliminary exam is April 6.

Jeffrey Alan Frisbey, 41, Carsonville, is charged with assault by strangulation; and vulnerable adult abuse – 3rd degree. Probable cause hearing is March 30 and preliminary exam is April 6.

Michael Anthony Brooks, 43, Cass City, is charged with sex offender – failure to comply with registration act. Probable cause hearing is March 23 and preliminary exam is March 30.

Jerry Richard Schultz, 49, Vassar, is charged wtih controlled substance – delivery/manufacture 5 to 45 kilograms of marijuana; controlled substance – delivery/manufacture marijuana; and controlled substance – possession of marijuana. Probable cause hearing is March 30 and preliminary exam is April 6.

CIRCUIT COURT

Cody John Booth, 26, Mayville, pled guilty to absconding or forfeiting bond (habitual offender – 2nd offense). Sentence date is April 28.

David Eugene Wheaton, 47, Fostoria, was sentenced to 60 months probation and ordered to pay $1,698 fines and costs for stalking – aggravated; and assault or assault and battery.
