DISTRICT COURT

Edward James Periso III, 31, Kingston, is charged with controlled substance – possession of analogues; and operating while intoxicated. Probable cause hearing is April 13, preliminary exam is April 20. In a separate case, Periso is charged with controlled substance – operating/maintaining laboratory involving methamphetamines; controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstacy; and controlled substance – maintaining a drug vehicle. Probable cause hearing is April 13, preliminary exam is April 20.

Andrew David Lalko, 24, Kingston, is charged with posession of analogues. Probable cause hearing is April 20, preliminary exam is April 27.

CIRCUIT COURT

Scott James Deroseau, 46, Caro, was sentenced to 90 days deferred, 36 months probation, and ordered to pay $1,298 fines and costs for assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault); and domestic violence.

Jamshid Bakshi Zahraie, 63, Caro, pled no contest to two counts of tobacco products tax act violations – felony; and was sentenced to 60 days, credit for time served and ordered to pay $266 fines and costs.

Steven Donald Diehl, 53, Caro, was sentenced to 32 months to 4 years, credit for 1,080 days, for sex offender, failture to comply with reporting duties (habitual offender 3rd offense).

James Scott Hanna, 52, Fostoria, was sentenced to 30 days, credit for 3 days, 60 months probation and 480 hours community service and ordered to pay $1,198 fines and costs for operating – impaired – 3rd offense (habitual offender 2nd offense).

Brandon Michael Smith, 23, Caro, was sentenced to 365 days, credit for 159 days, 36 months probation and ordered to pay $1,016 fines and costs for breaking and entering a building with intent; and larceny (habitual offender 2nd offense).

Jessica Lynn DePottey, 28, Caro, pled no contest to controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense; and controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense. Sentence date to be set.

Troy Joseph Bilkovsky aka Robert James West, 44, Caro, pled no contest to delivery/manufacture marijuana; and weapons – body armor – possession/use without written permission in possession (habitual offender 3rd offense). Sentence date to be set.

Darrell Wayne Arnett, 64, Millington, pled no contest to animals – killing/torturing. Sentence date to be set.
