Robert Elroy Packard, 26, Cass City, is charged with 20 counts of child sexually abusive activity; 10 counts computers – using to commit a crime – maximum imprisonment of 20 years or more or life; 20 counts child sexually abusive material – using to commit a crime – maximum imprisonment of 4 years or more but less than 10 years. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Aug. 10.
Rachelle Lynn Neal, 35, Mayville, is charged with conspiracy to commit controlled substance – delivery/manufacture-methamphetamine/ecstacy; conspiracy to commit ephedrine/pseudoephedrine – soliciting another to obtain; 15 counts of ephedrine/ pseudoephedrine-purchase/ possess to make methamphetamine. A preliminary examination is set for Aug. 10.
Raymond Keith Baker, 43, Caro, is charged with operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense notice – felony. A preliminary examination is set for Aug. 17.
Shawn Lee Osmond, 52, Flint, is charged with motor vehicle driving away; operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense notice – felony; operating – license suspended, revoked, denied – second or subsequent offense notice. A preliminary examination is set for Aug. 10.
Patricia An Odell, 45, Caro, is charged with financial transaction device – stealing/retaining. A preliminary examination is set for Aug. 10.
Bert Arthur Simmonds III, 39, Flint, is charged with controlled substance – possesion of marijuana – second or subsequent offense notice; operating-license suspended, revoked, denied – second or subsequent offense notice. A preliminary examination is set for Aug. 17.
CIRCUIT COURT
David Dudley Taylor, 24, Caro, was sentenced to 365 days with 26 days credit and 60 months probation for controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) 50 to 449 grams. Taylor was ordered to pay $1,326 in costs and fines.
Duane Rupert O’Brien Jr., 33, Vassar, was sentenced to 18 months to 10 years with 61 days credit for retail fraud – first degree. O’Brien was ordered to pay $2,299.55 in costs and fines.
Elizabeth Margaret Bowen, 51, Cass City, was ordered to pay $1,375 for police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing.
Timothy Paul Reynero, 33, Caro, was sentenced to 180 days with one day credit and 24 months probation for controlled substance – delivery/manufacture marijuana. Reynero was ordered to pay $1,758 in costs and fines.
Devin Jeffery Harris, 18, Caro, was sentenced to 20 to 60 years with 186 days credit for robbery – armed. Harris was ordered to pay $1,250 in costs and fines.
Joel Andrew Lakawskas, 29, Caro, pleaded no contest to assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault); weapons – dangerous weapon – carrying with unlawful intent; assault and battery. Sentence date to be set.
Caelin Edward Hervert, 36, Vassar, was sentenced to 18 months – 15 years with 1 day credit for controlled substance – delivery/manufacture marijuana – second or subsequent offense. Hervert was ordered to pay $1,258 in costs and fines.
Andrew David Lalko, 25, Kingston, was sentenced to 180 days with 23 days credit for controlled substance – possession/ analogues. He was ordered to pay $1,185 in costs and fines.
Enrico Florio, 37, Caro, pleaded no contest to burglar tools – possession; attempted breaking and entering – entry without breaking with intent. Sentence date to be set.
Adam Kane Easlick, 35, Ypsilanti, was sentenced to 6 months probation for election law – voting in wrong precint. Easlick was ordered to pay $558 in costs and fines.
Michael Owen Davis II, 34, Silverwood, was sentenced to 90 days with 1 day credit and 24 months probation to larceny – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000. Davis was ordered to pay $1,426 in costs and fines and $1,463.20 in restitution.
Elizabeth Margaret Bowen, 51, Cass City, was given one year delay of sentence for police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Bowen was ordered to pay $1,508 in costs and fines.
