DISTRICT COURT

Michael Lynn Pomeroy, 31, Brown City, is charged with larceny in a building; conspiracy to commit larceny in a building. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Sept. 8.

Vanessa Renee Bray, 29, Sterling Heights, is charged with larceny in a building; conspiracy to commit larceny in a building; controlled substance – possession/analogues. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Sept. 8.

Timothy Andrew Bean, 50, Cass City, is charged with domestic violence – third offense notice; interfering with electronic communications. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Sept. 8.

Michael James Seidell, 44, Vassar, is charged with operating while intoxicated – third offense notice – felony; controlled substance – possession/analogues; controlled substance – possession of marijuana – second or subsequent offense notice. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Sept. 8.

Michael Wayne Prell II, 37, Millington, is charged with criminal sexual conduct – 2nd degree (Multiple Variables); criminal sexual conduct – assault with intent to commit sexual penetration; assault by strangulation; weapons – dangerous weapon – carrying with unlawful intent; assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault). A preliminary examination is scheduled for Sept. 8.

Michael Gerald Adney, 34, Romulus, is charged with breaking and entering – a building with intent; larceny in a building; controlled substance – possession/analogues; larceny – $200 or more but less than a $1,000; stolen property – receiving and concealing – $200 or more but less than $1,000. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Sept. 14.

Ammar Isam Marqus, 38, Center Line, is charged with criminal sexual conduct – first degree (personal injury); interfering with electronic communications. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Sept. 8.

Christopher Ernest Harp, 42, Gagetown, is charged with criminal sexual conduct – 1st degree (person under 13, dependendent 17 years of age or older); five counts of criminal sexual conduct – 1st degree; five counts of criminal sexual conducts – 2nd degree (person under 13, defendent 17 yeras of age or older). A preliminary examination is scheduled for Sept. 8.

 

CIRCUIT COURT

Josue Michael Perez, 33, Vassar, pleaded no contest to weapons – dangerous weapon – carrying with unlawful intent; assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault); domestic violence; malicious destruction of personal property – less than $200. Sentence date to be set.

William Albert Harris, 67, Unionville, pleaded no contest to criminal sexual conduct – third degree. Sentence date to be set.

Dana Lynn Schroeder, 35, Mayville was sentenced to 330 days with three days credit and 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated – third offense notice – felony. Schroeder was ordered to pay $1,690 in costs and fines.

Tyler George Trollman, 50, Mayville, was sentenced to 365 days with 86 days credit and 60 months probation for breaking and entering – a building with intent. Trollman was ordered to pay $1,190 in costs and fines.

Moses Bryn, 51, Millington, was sentenced to 365 days with two days credit and 60 months probation for operating while intoxicated – third offense – felony. Bryn was ordered to pay $1,690 in costs and fines.

Edward James Periso III, 32, Kingston, was sentenced to 5 years – 20 years with 123 days credit for controlled substance – operating/maintaining laboratory involving methamphetamine; 2 years – 10 years with 123 days credit for controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstacy. Periso was ordered to pay $326 in costs and fines. In a seperate file, Periso was sentenced to 5 years – 20 years with 123 days credit for controlled substance – operating/maintaining a laboratory involving methamphetamine. Periso was ordered to pay $1,198 in costs and fines. In a seperate file, Periso was sentenced to 93 days with 93 days credit for controlled substance – possession/analogues. Periso was ordered to pay $225 in costs and fines and $120 in restitution.

Justin Richard Ruth, 28, Mayville was sentenced to 90 days with 12 days credit and two years probation for operating while intoxicated – 2nd offense notice. Ruth was ordered to pay $1,968 in costs and fines.

Luke Matthew Spohn, 33, Marlette, pleaded no contest to assault with intent to do bodily harm less than murder. Sentence date to be set.

Jonathan Wayne Schlicht, 25, Vassar, pleaded no contest to two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault); assault or assault and battery. Sentence date to be set.

Nicholas Andrew Scott, 21, Fostoria, pleaded guilty to interfering with electronic communications; assault and battery. Sentence date to be set.

Douglas Paul Harrison, 26, Linden, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd offense; operating impaired – 2nd offense. Sentence date to be set.

Zachery Jedidiah Bearinger, 20, Caro, pleaded guilty to police officer – assaulting/resist-ing/obstructing. Sentence date to be set.
