DISTRICT

Lisa Lee Short, 30, Millington, is charged with second degree arson; arson – preparation to burn a dwelling. Pretrial was scheduled for November 25 and preliminary exam is set for December 2.

Richard Lee Knight, 39, Vassar, is charged with operating – license suspended, revoked, denied. Pretrial was November 18.

Joseph Arthur Frank, 61, Millington, is charged with controlled substance – delivery/manufacture 5-45 kilograms of marijuana – second or subsequent offense notice; controlled substance – delivery/manufacture marijuana – second or subsequent offense notice; controlled substance – possession of marijuana – second or subsequent offense notice. Pretrial was scheduled for November 25 and preliminary exam is set for December 2.

Andrew Jr. Oakley III, 28, Akron, is charged with child abuse – 3rd degree. Pretrial was November 18 and Preliminary exam is set for November 25.

CIRCUIT

Mark Earl Phelps, 25, Fairgrove, pleaded no contest to domestic violence. Sentence date to be set.

Jeffery Michael Dubay, 42, Paris, TN, was sentenced to 60 months probation for sec offenders – failure to comply with registration act. He was ordered to pay $1,198 in costs and fines.

Tony Lee Myers, 43, Millington, was sentenced to 365 days with 2 days credit and 275 days deferred with 36 months probation for stolen property – receiving and concealing $20,000 or more. He was ordered to pay $1,198 in costs and fines.

Katie Anne Killian, 18, Fairgrove, pleaded guilty to attempted police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstruct-ing; conspiracy to commit retail fraud – 3rd degree. In a seperate case, Killian pleaded guilty to attempted harboring felons. Sentence date to be set.

Tyler Thomas Smith, 19, Vassar, pleaded no contest to two counts of stolen property – receiving and concealing – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000. Sentence date to be set.

Jeffrey James Crandall, 20, Cass City, was sentenced to one year delay of sentence to animals – killing/torturing; lying to a peace officer – 4 years or more crime investigation. He was ordered to pay $1,448 in costs and fines.

Antonio Burt Wilson, 32, Cass City, was sentenced to 330 days with 50 days credit, 280 days deferred and 18 months probation to police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstruct-ing. He was ordered to pay $898 in costs and fines.

Brandon Charles Smith, 20, Millington, was sentenced to 12 months delay of sentence for controlled substance – possession of marijuana – second or subsequent offense. He was ordered to pay $1,198 in costs and fines.

James Thomas Green, 39, Vassar, was sentenced to 180 days with 2 days credit and 180 days deferred for controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedules 1, 2 & 3 except marijuana). He was ordered to pay $1,698 in costs and fines.

David Scott Abernathy, 42, Davison, pleaded guilty to obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. Sentence date to be set.

Nasheka Rebecca McCall, 26, Saginaw, was sentenced to 24 months probation for controlled substance – delivery/manufacture marijuana. She was ordered to pay $698 in costs and fines.

Nichole Lynn Davis, 23, Deford, was sentenced to 365 days with 131 days credit for larceny in a building. She was ordered to pay $1,248 in costs and fines.

Kenneth Charles Gosuch, 41, Millington, was sentenced to 2 years – 10 years with 134 days credit for two counts of operating while intoxicated – occupants less than 16 – 2nd or subsequent offense. He was ordered to pay $266 in costs and fines.

Richard Brian Mickalich, 50, Caro, was sentenced to 365 days, 60 months probation and 480 community service hours for operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense.  He was ordered to pay $1,698 in costs and fines.

Jarrid Aaron Smith, 23, Millington was sentenced to 12 months delay of sentence for controlled substance – possession of marijuana – second or subsequent offense. He was ordered to pay $1,198 in costs and fines.

Joel Shephard McCall, 26, Saginaw, 90 days with 2 days credit and 24 months probation for controlled substance – delivery/manufacture marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,198 in costs and fines.
