Martin Robert Rose, 41, Caro, pled no contest to police officer – assaulting/
resisting/obstructing and domestic violence (habitual offender 4th offense). Sentence date to be set.
Charlie Leo Presley, 24, Caro, pled guilty to tampering with electronic monitoring device (habitual offender 3rd offense). Sentence date to be set. In a separate case, Presley pled guilty to larceny in a building (habitual offender 3rd offense). Sentence date to be set.
Jeremy Demion Livingston, 41, Millington, was sentenced to 12 months delayed and ordered to pay $1,348 fines and costs for interfering with electronic communications; and domes-tic violence.
Amber Rose Hennessey, 26, Cass City, was sentenced to 180 days, credit for 1 day; 24 months probation, and ordered to pay $698 fines and costs and $26,224.80 restitution for embezzlement – agent or trustee $20,000 or more but less than $50,000; and embezzlement – agent or trustee $1,000 or more but less than $20,000.
Jayme Lynn Hix, 28, Vassar, pled no contest to controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense; and impaired driving. Sentence date to be set.
Larry Brian Peifer, 44, Cass City, was sentenced to 2 to 15 years, credit for 183 days, and ordered to pay $398 fines and costs for motor vehicle – unlawful driving away (habitual offender 4th offense). In a separate case, Peifer was sentenced to two concurrent sentences of 2 to 20 years, credit for 183 days and a concurrent sentence of two years, credit for 183 days for breaking and entering – a building with intent; weapons – firearms – receiving and conceiling; and weapons – felony firearm (habitual offender 4th offense). Peifer received a consecutive sentence of one to 20 years, credit for 0 days, to begin upon completion of his concurrent sentences for weapons – firearms – possession by a felon. Peifer was ordered to pay $4,102 fines and costs and restitution to be determined.
Fred James Colosky Jr., 19, Mayville, was sentenced to five concurrent sentences of 6 to 15 years, credit for 31 days, and ordered to pay $1,840 fines and costs for five counts of criminal sexual conduct – 3rd degree (person 13-15).
Michael Dwayne Vermillion, 36, Millington, was sentenced to 365 days, credit for 6 days, 60 months probation and ordered to pay $2,766 fines and costs for two counts of criminal sexual conduct – 4th degree (multiple variables).
Gerald Csirke Jr., 45, Clio, was ordered to pay $1,948 fines and costs for license documents/plates – forgery; operating – license suspended, revoked, denied – 2nd or subsequent offense (habitual offender 3rd offense).
Lindsey Mae Irish, 21, Fairgrove, was sentenced to 12 months delayed, 12 months probation and ordered to pay $1,748 fines and costs and $30 restitution for interfering with electronic communications and domestic violence.
William Gerald Diehl, 19, Caro, was sentenced to 12 months delayed and ordered to pay $1,598 fines and costs for assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault); and malicious destruction of personal property $200 or more but less than $1,000.
