Brandon Randall Joles, 29, Caro, was sentenced to 180 days with 1 day credit, 180 days deferred and 24 months probation for sex offenders – failure to comply with reporting duties – habitual offender 3rd offense. He was ordered to pay $1,248 in costs and fines.
Diane Marie Thompson, 35, Caro, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense. Sentence date to be set.
Abdulelah Abdo-Murshed Al-Gahim, 36, Redford, pleaded guilty to check non-sufficient funds $500 or more. Sentence date to be set.
Kyle Robert Diaz, 22, Caro, pleaded no contest to malicious destruction of fire or police property; two counts of attempted police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Sentence date to be set.
Randy Rae Manning, 53, Millington, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense. Sentence date to be set.
Cary Nick Defino, 37, Caro, pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault). Sentence date to be set.
Matthew Luke Odell, 21, Millington, pleaded no contest to criminal sexual conduct – 1st degree. Sentence date to be set.
Andrew David Lalko, 23, Kingston, was sentenced to 12 months delay of sentence for larceny – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000; larceny in a building. He was ordered to pay $1,466 in costs and fines and $1,120 in restitution. In a separate case, Lalko was sentenced to 12 months delay of sentence for weapons – carrying concealed. He was ordered to pay $1,198 in costs and fines.
Syeda Nazia Hussain, 26, Warren, pleaded no contest to police officer – fleeing – 4th degree – penal code. Sentence date to be set.
Anthony Alan Ruiz, 19, Caro, pleaded guilty to three counts of controlled substance – possession of marijuana. Sentence date to be set.
