DISTRICT COURT

Aaron Allen Pacynski, 23, Bay City, is charged with controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense; operating – license suspended, revoked, denied. Pretrial was June 2, preliminary exam is set for June 16.

Joseph Cyriel Desander, 48, Montrose, is charged with animals – fighting; animals – attending fight; controlled substance – possession of marijuana. Preliminary exam is June 9.

Jason Anthony Boyd, 35, Millington, is charged with three counts of operating while intoxicated causing serious injury; operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense; and three counts operating – license suspended, revoked, denied – causing serious injury. Pretrial was June 2 and preliminary exam is June 16.

Scott Anderson Bedell, 44, Vassar, is charged with animals – attending fight. Preliminary exam is June 9.

Matthew Edward Davis, 27, Vassar, is charged with breaking and entering – a building with intent; larceny – $200 or more but less than $1,000; breaking and entering a vehicle to steal property less than $200. Pretrial is June 9 and preliminary exam is June 16.

Rashonda Kierra Killiebrew, 18, Vassar, is charged with escape – juvenile facility. Pretrial is June 9 and preliminary exam is June 16.

Michael John Peltier, 23, Caro, is charged with license documents/plates – forgery; license plates/registration/title – unlawful use. Pretiral is June 9 and preliminary exam is June 16.

Deonte Dean Hall, 19, Kingsley, is charged with child abuse – first degree. Preliminary exam is June 16.

Richard William Case, 51, Millington, police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing; police officer – fleeing – 4th degree – vehicle code; operating while intoxicated; alcohol – open container in vehicle; operating – no license. Pretrial is June 6 and preliminary exam is June 16.

Brian Adam Maskell, 27, Caro, is charged with interfering with electronic communication. Pretrial is June 9 and preliminary exam is June 16.

CIRCUIT COURT

Jeffrey Dean Ford, 48, Caro, was sentenced to 12 months delayed and ordered to pay $398 fines and costs for controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense.

George C. Kelley, 31, Caro, was sentenced to 365 days, credit for 2 days; 24 months probation and ordered to pay $648 fines and costs for child abuse – 3rd degree.

Derrick Scott Becker, 27, Caro, was sentenced to 365 days, credit for 2 days, 60 months probation and ordered to pay $1,416 fines and costs for larceny in a building; lying to a peace officer – four year or more crime investigation; and controled substance – possession on marijuana (habitual offender – 4th offense).

Edsel James Brandel Jr., 43, Saginaw, pled no contest to police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Sentence date to be set.

John Allen Ewald, 56, Fairgrove, pled guilty to attempted controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense; and operating while intoxicated. Sentence date to be set.

Jonathan Wayne Schlicht, 24, Vassar, was sentenced to 12 months delayed and ordered to pay $325 fines and costs for child abuse – 2nd degree.

Barry James Southgate, 44, Akron, was sentenced to 30 days, credit for 1 day, 60 months probation and ordered to pay $1,675 fines and costs for police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing and stalking.

Christopher Mark Stuller, 36, Mayville, pled no contest to tampering with evidence; controlled substance – possession of marijuana; and operating while intoxicated. Sentence date to be set.

Steven Michael Foran, 33, Caro, pled guilty to controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense. Sentence date to be set.

Sherri Kay Fall, 45, Vassar, was sentenced to 12 months delayed and ordered to pay $898 fines and costs for failure to return rented property – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000.

Nancy Lou Bone, 46, Clio, was sentenced to 12 months delayed and ordered to pay $748 fines and costs for license documents/plates – forgery; and motor vehicle – operation without security.

Ryan David Bohr, 37, Caro, was sentenced to 365 days, credit for 1 day, 60 months probation, 480 hours community service and ordered to pay $1,698 fines and costs for operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense.

Robert Thomas Miller, 38, Otter Lake, was orered to pay $2,718 fines and costs for license documents/plates – forgery; motor vehicle – operating without security; and operating with the presence of a controlled substance. In a separate case – Miller was ordered to pay $948 fines and costs for controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense.
