Daniel James Hill, 17, Deford is charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct – 1st degree (person under 13, defendant 17 years of age or older); criminal sexual conduct – 2nd degree (person under 13, defendant 17 years of age or older). Angela Marie Distelrath, 35, Fairgrove, is charged with larceny in a building; larceny $200 or more but less than $1,000. Pretrial was June 16 and preliminary exam is set for June 23.
Kristopher David Paul, 36, Mayville, is charged with interfering with electronic communications; domestic violence. Pretrial was June 16 and preliminary exam is set for June 23.
Drew Alexander Dutcher, 19, Sebewaing, is charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct – 3rd degree (person 13-15). Pretrial was June 16 and preliminary exam is set for June 23.
Robert John Mallow, 79, Caro, is charged with criminal sexual conduct – 4th degree (force or coercion) Pretrial was June 16 and preliminary exam is set for June 23.
CIRCUIT COURT
Delbert Gerard Thomas Jr., 44, Alger, was sentenced to 180 days with 3 days credit, 60 months probation and 480 hours community service for operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense. He was ordered to pay $1,818 in costs and fines.
Christopher Michael Ramirez, 31, Caro, was sentenced to 143 days with 76 days credit for controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense notice. He was ordered to pay $698 in costs and fines.
Joe Alfred Villarreal, 37, Gulfport, MS, was sentenced to 90 days with 93 days credit for sex offender – failure to comply with registration act. He was ordered to pay $1,298 in costs and fines. In a seperate file, Villarreal was sentenced to 90 days with 93 days credit for sex offender – failure to comply with registration act – habitual offender 3rd offense. He was ordered to pay $798 in costs and fines.
Brandon Robert Perry, 27, Vassar, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd offense; operating with a high BAC. Sentence date to be set.
Caleb Walter Puroll, 23, Cass City, was sentenced to 90 days with 1 day credit and 90 days deferred for attempted malicious destruction of fire or police property. He was ordered to pay $1,198 in costs and fines.
Lakeisha Michelle Kelly, 26, Saginaw, was sentenced to 365 days with 68 days credit for uttering and publishing; two counts of 365 days with 68 days credit for conspiracy to commit uttering and publishing. She was ordered to pay $1,884 in costs and fines.
Jason David Proper, 32, Fairgrove, was sentenced to 24 months – 8 years and two days credit for controlled substance – delivery/manufacture marijuana; 24 months – 10 years with 2 days credit for weapons – firearms – possession by felon. He was ordered to pay $1,166 in costs and fines.
Tyler Lee Martin, 25, Millington, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd offense; license plate/registration title – unlawful use. Sentence date to be set.
