Thomas Earl Siler, 36, Sebewaing, is charged with witnesses – bribing/intimidating/interfering; telecommunications services – malicious use. Preliminary exam is August 11.
David Michael Langley, 42, Caro, is charged with larceny by conversion – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000; motor vehicle – unlawful use – 2 year misdemeanor. Pretrial is August 4 and preliminary exam is August 11.
Nathaniel Charles Theaker, 35, Caro, is charged with home invasion – 3rd degree; breaking and entering – (without owner’s permission) and trespass. Pretrial is August 4 and preliminary exam is August 11.
Justin Warren Withers, 24, Caro, is charged with two counts of identity theft. Preliminary exam is August 11.
CIRCUIT COURT
Timothy Joseph Block, 33, Flint, pled no contest to breaking and entering – a building with intent; and larceny in a building. Sentence date to be set.
Matthew Wayne LaPratt, 36, Mayville, pled guilty to police officer – fleeing – 3rd degree – vehicle code; operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense; and police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Sentence date to be set.
Scott Anderson Bedell, 44, Vassar, pled guilty to animals – fighting. Sentence date to be set.
Martin Robert Rose, 41, Caro, was sentenced to 180 days deferred, credit for 12 days, 24 months probation, 180 days on a SCRAM tether and ordered to pay $1,488 fines and costs for police officer – assaulting/resisting/
obstructing and domestic violence (habitual offender 4th offense).
Charlie Leo Presley, 24, Birch Run, was sentenced to 1 to 8 years to be served concurrent with a parole sentence, credit for 0 days, and ordered to pay $698 fines and costs for larceny in a building (habitual offender 3rd offense). In a separate case, Presley was sentenced to 1 to 4 years to be served consecutive to parole sentence, credit for 0 days, and ordered to pay $698 fines and costs for tampering with electronic monitoring device (habitual offender 3rd offense).
Tyler Lee Martin, 25, Millington, was sentenced to one year delayed and ordered to pay $1,328 fines and costs for controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense; and operating – license suspended/revoked/denied.
Kristopher Michael Yates, 25, Caro, was sentenced to 12 months delayed and ordered to pay $848 fines and costs for sex offender – failure to comply with registration act.
