DISTRICT COURT

Austin Lee Gerber, 17, Kingston, is charged with controlled substance – possession of analogues. Pretrial is October 20 and preliminary exam is October 27.

Jenna Elise Gould, 28, Cass City, is charged with attempted controlled substance – attempt – felony; and controlled substances drugs – possession of a forged prescription. Pretrial is October 20 and preliminary exam is October 27.

Isable Steven Delacruz, 43, Caro, is charged with sex offenders – failure to comply with registration act – 2nd offense. Preliminary exam is October 20.

Shannon Marie Diericks, 37, Caro, is charged with controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense; retail fraud – 3rd degree. Pretrial is October 20 and preliminary exam is October 27.

David Anthony Wise, 58, Gastonia, NC, is charged with four counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/ obstructing; disorderly per-son – drunk; and trespassing. Pretrial was October 13    and preliminary exam is October 20.

Steve Thomas Creason Jr., 27, Flint, is charged with controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of marijuana; larceny in a building; and controlled substance – possession of      analogues. Pretrial was October 13 and preliminary exam is October 20.

CIRCUIT COURT

Carl Joseph Tucker, 53, Caro, was sentenced to 90 days deferred, credit for 2 days, 12 months probation and ordered to pay $198 fines and costs for police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstruct-ing.

Richard Lee Farnum, 64, Caro, was ordered to pay $1,266 for controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense; controlled substance – maintaining a drug house.

Tera Janette Gottschalk, 24, Cass City, was sentenced to 180 days delayed, credit for 0 days, 24 months probation and ordered to pay $1,038 fines and costs for sex offender – failure to comply with registration act (habitual offender 2nd offense).

Dennis Charles Sayen, 51, Bay City, was sentenced to 365 days, credit for 102 days, 60 months probation and ordered to pay $2,598 fines and costs and $120 restitution for operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense.

Cotey James Harju, 21, Gagetown, was sentenced to 365 days, credit for 0, 36 months probation and ordered to pay $1,198 fines and costs for controlled substance – delivery to a minor (schedule 4 and marijuana) – 2nd or subsequent offense.

Shane Allen Holcomb, 28, Caro, was sentenced to 44 days, credit for 44 days, and ordered to pay $698 fines and costs for controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense.

Bradley Clinton Austin, 55, Columbiaville, was sentenced to 365 days, credit for 0 days, 36 months probation and ordered to pay $3,266 fine and costs for controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense; and conspiracy to commit controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense.

Ryan Edwin Sundberg, 25, Mayville, pled guilty to controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense; operating – with the presence of a controlled substance. Sentence date to be set.

Donald Dale Lokken, 33, Clio, pled no contest to seven counts of home invasion – 2nd degree (habitual offender 4th offense). Sentence date to be set.

Joel James Delmage, 31, Otisville, pled guilty to breaking and entering – a building with intent; larceny – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000. Sentence date to be set.

Joan Rebekah Starr, 28, Monroe, pled no contest to robbery – unarmed; conspiracy to commit robbery – unarmed; and unlawful imprisonment. Sentence date to be set.

Brenda Lee Belcher, 48, Vassar, was sentenced to 12 months delayed, ordered to pay $366 fines and costs for two counts police officer – assault/resisting/obstructing.

Dustin Franklin Wonnacott, 24, Caro, was sentenced to 12 months delayed and ordered to pay $898 fines and costs for weapons – firearms – short-barreled shotgun/rifle.

Timothy Danny Edwards, 29, Millington, was sentenced to 12 months delayed and ordered to pay $798 fines and costs for operating – license suspended/revoked/denied – causing serious injury.
