Matthew Simon Matonek, 19, Reese, is charged with breaking and entering – a building with intent; conspiracy to commit breaking and entering – a building with intent; larceny in a building; conspiracy to commit larceny in a building; and malicious destruction of personal property – less than $200. Pretrial is October 27 and preliminary exam is November 3.
