DISTRICT COURT

Paul Taylor Rogers, 25, Millington, is charged with larceny – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000; conspiracy to commit larceny – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000; larceny in a building; and conspiracy to commit larceny in a building. Pretrial is December 8 and preliminary exam is December 15.

Michael Robert Spencer, 59, Caro, is charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct – 4th degree (incest). Pretrial is December 15 and preliminary exam is December 22.

CIRCUIT COURT

Steve Thomas Creason Jr., 27, Flint, pled no contest to controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of marijuana; larceny; and controlled substance – possession of analogues (habitual offender – 3rd offense). Sentence date to be set.

Trent Laurin Darling, 52, Fairgrove, pled guilty to attempted larceny – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000 (habitual offender 4th offense). Sentence date to be set.

Isable Steven Delacruz, 43, Caro, pled guilty to sex offender – failure to comply with registration act – 2nd offense. Sentence date to be set.

David Anthony Wise, 58, Gastonia, North Carolina, pled no contest to three counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing (habitual offender 4th offense). Sentence date to be set.

Dennis Sam Miller, 36, Millington, pled no contest to weapons – carrying concealed. Sentence date to be set.

Robin Lynn Rickard, 49, Caro, was sentenced to 12 months and ordered to pay $1,198 fines and costs for controlled substance – possession of marijuana.

Tyler Jae Vandemark, 30, Laingsburg, was sentenced to one sentence of 93 days and another of 93 days deferred, credit for 1 day, 12 months delayed, 12 months probation and ordered to pay $2,748 fines and costs for operating while intoxicated and larceny in a building.

Malcolm Vern Maitland, 35, Kingston, was sentenced to 93 days deferred and another 93 days, credit for 1 day, 12 months delayed and 12 months probation and ordered to pay $1,348 fines and costs and $237.47 restitution for interfering with electronic communications and domestic violence.

Joel Joseph Louchart, 40, Birch Run, was sentenced to 365 days, credit for 1 day, 180 days deferred, 24 months probation and ordered to pay $1,698 fines and costs for controlled substance – delivery/manufacture and marijuana.
