Cody Jarrett, 20, Mayville, is charged with four counts of criminal sexual conduct – 3rd degree (person 13-15). Pretrial is January 20 and preliminary exam is January 26.
Joshua James Weber, 34, Millington, is charged with second degree arson. Pretrial is January 12 and preliminary exam is January 20.
Scott James Deroseau, 46, Caro, is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault); and domestic violence. Pretrial is January 12 and preliminary exam is January 20.
Tracy Lynn Vaughn, 42, Vassar, is charged with embezzlement – agent or trustee – $20,000 or more but less than $50,000. Preliminary exam is January 12.
CIRCUIT COURT
Brady Christopher Horne, 24, Cass City, pled no contest to child abuse – 2nd degree; and assault – aggravated. Sentence date to be set.
John Kenneth Forrest, 51, North Branch, pled guilty to operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense. Sentence date to be set.
Joshua William Gillespie, 29, Caro, pled guilty to public officer – assaulting or obstructing. Sentence date to be set.
Stephanie Lynn Steele, 22, Bay City, pled no contest to larceny in a building; and larceny $200 or more but less than $1,000. Sentence date to be set.
Sheila Elaine Stewart, 59, Cass City, was sentenced to 12 months delayed and ordered to pay $1,634 fines and costs and $247.84 restitution for three counts of identity theft.
Travis Royce Bullinton, 24, Flint, was sentenced to 90 days deferred, credit for 1 day, 12 months probation and ordered to pay $3,158 fines and costs for controlled substance – possession of analogues; controlled substance – possession of marijuana; and operating – license suspended, revoked, denied.
Trevor Wayne Wichman, 17, Troy, pled guilty to escape – juvenile facility. Sentence date to be set.
Scott Louis Brown, 51, Vassar, was sentenced to 150 days, credit for 118 days, 60 months probation and ordered to pay $2,298 fines and costs for operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense (habitual offender – 3rd offense).
Anjelena Meshele Fiorillo, 24, Waterford, was sentenced to 44 days, credit for 44 days and ordered to pay $1,658 fines and costs, restitution to be determined for larceny in a building.
Lisa Lee Short, 31, Millington, was sentenced to 300 days to be served on GPS tether, credit for 3 days, and ordered to pay $1,698 fines and costs and $122,474.12 restitution for second degree arson.
Danielle Lynn McTaggart, 26, Caro, was sentenced to 365 days, credit for 1 day, 24 months probation and ordered to pay $1,938 fines and costs for false report of a felony.
