Nancy Pearl Nast, age 85, of Gagetown passed away Monday evening, April 27, 2015. She was born August 27, 1929, a daughter of Earl and Minnie (Hagel) Parker. She was member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, Bach, its Alter Guild and Ladies Aid. She enjoyed passing the time tending to her garden. Surviving are her husband, Roland, whom she married October 22, 1949 and their daughters, Peggy (Greg) Turner of Delta Junction, Alaska and Patti Rogers of Gagetown; grandchildren: Zach (Mary) Turner, Hilary (Seth) Wilson, Matthew (Julie) Rogers, Justin Rogers and Nathan (Michelle) Rogers; and great-grandchildren: Adrianna Rogers, Alexander Rogers and Olin Parker Wilson. A brother, William (Marge) Parker also survives. The funeral service will be held Friday, May 1st at Unionville Funeral Chapel with Rev. Michael Teuscher officiating. The family will be present at the Unionville Chapel on Thursday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Friday from 1 p.m. until the service begins at 2 p.m. The family has requested memorials to St. Peter Lutheran Church, Bach only, in lieu of flowers.
