Tuscola County Court News for 9/5/15

DISTRICT COURT

Christopher Len Ulin, 31, Unionville, is charged with six counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing; domestic violence. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Sept 14.

Michael Christopher Craig, 43, Caro, is charged with breaking and entering – a building with intent; burglar’s tools – possession; attempted breaking and entering – a building with intent. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Sept. 14.

Keith Alan Pelton, 57, Caro, is charged with jails – possession of a weapon in; larceny in a building; larceny – less than $200. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Sept. 14.

Daniel Hunter Marshall, 28, Clio, is charged with assault by strangulation; interferring with electronic communications. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Sept. 21.

Austin Matthew Graubner, 21, Vassar, is charged with breaking and entering – a building with intent; conspiracy to commit breaking and entering – a building with intent; larceny in a building; conspiracy to commit larceny in a building; two counts of weapons – firearms – larceny; weapons – firearms – receiving and concealing; weapons – firearms – possession by felon; three counts of weapons – felony firearm. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Sept. 21.

Kyle James Eberlein, 44, Caro, is charged with breaking and entering – a building with intent; burglars tools – possession; attempted breaking and entering – a building with intent. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Sept. 14.

 

CIRCUIT COURT

Lekai Raeshon Spencer, 24, Detroit, pleaded no contest to home invasion – second degree; motor vehicle – unlawful driving away. Sentence date to be set.

Gregory Van Davis, 56, Caro, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated – third offense notice – felony. Sentence date to be set.

King Whiplash, 28, Reese, pleaded no contest to police officer – assaulting/ resisting/obstructing. Sentence date to be set.
