Ty Jason Heritier of Caro, age 22, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 16, 2013 at his home. He was born July 23, 1991 in Saginaw. Ty was a 2009 graduate of Caro High School, and attended the Tuscola Technology Center where he earned his certification in computer technology. Following graduation, Ty attended Delta College to further his training and was currently employed by APEX where he performed computer repair at St. Mary’s of Michigan Medical Center in Saginaw. Ty was a computer whiz with a great sense of humor, and enjoyed spending time on the water and fishing. Ty is survived by his mother and step-father, Monica & Donald Nugent of Caro; his siblings, Chase & Miranda Heritier of California, Damon Nugent of Caro, Brandon, Nathan and Shelby Schumacher, all of Ruth, Celina Grant of St. Johns, William Hinds of Traverse City; his great-grandmother, Ilah Brown of Caro; one niece and one nephew, Grace and Alexander Heritier; as well as many grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. In keeping with Ty’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Living Waters Chapel with Rev. James Solomon officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00.
