Kyle Robert Diaz of Cass City, age 22, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 8, 2013, at his home. He was born May 21, 1991 in Sandusky, the son of Kim Diaz. Kyle spent most of his life in Caro. In high school he was a part of the wrestling and football teams. Following his high school graduation, he held a variety of jobs in this area as a machinist, recently with a firm in Bay City. During his free time, Kyle enjoyed doing things with his brothers and sisters, weight lifting, and MMA activities. Kyle is survived by his mother, Kim Diaz and her fiancé, Allan Dadacki, of Cass City; his siblings, Michael, Kelly and Emily Ziegler, all of Cass City; his grandmother, Kathleen Diaz of Cass City; many aunts and uncles that include, Denise Diaz of Caro, Robin & Joseph Keine of Shelby Township, James & Tina Diaz of Caro; several cousins and great aunts and uncles. Kyle was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Diaz and his aunt, Kelly Suzanne (Diaz) Gage. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 11, 2013 at the Novesta Church of Christ with Rev. Brad Speirs officiating. Burial will follow at Almer Township Cemetery in Caro. The family will receive friends at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the Diaz Family Discretionary Fund.
