Donna L. Kaufman of Clio, age 88, died Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Well Spring Lutheran Home in Frankenmuth. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Monday, March 3, 2014 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Rev. David Somers officiating. Burial in Newton Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 1-7 PM and on Monday from noon until time of services at 1 PM. Contributions may be made to Karmanos Cancer Institute. Donna was born April 9, 1925 in Fort Wayne, IN to the late Herbert and Ortha (Osmun) Fisher. She lived in Flint and Clio areas most of her life. She was a student of Whitney Country School in Tuscola County. Donna married John Kaufman on July 17, 1960. Mrs. Kaufman retired from AC Spark Plug in 1964 with 25 years seniority. She was a member of the UAW Local #651. She enjoyed fishing, sewing, family gatherings and camping. Surviving are: husband, John; son, Chester (Barbara) Kilbourn of Clio; grandchildren, Christopher (Christie) Kilbourn of Clio, Cassandra (Erich) Riehl of Montrose; great-grandchildren, Rebecca, Brent and Danielle Kilbourn, Briana Riehl; sisters, Genevieve Kilbourne of Vassar, Unabelle Dye of Clio; several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by: sisters, Jessie Granger, Bessie Robinson; brothers, William Fisher and Richard Fisher.
