DISTRICT COURT

Kayleigh Anita-Cheyann Thompson, 17, Vassar, is charged with escape – juvenile facility. Pretrial is March 31 and Preliminary exam is April 7.

David Eugene Wheaton, 46, Fostoria, is charged with talking – aggravated; and assault or assault and battery. Pretrial is March 31 and Preliminary exam is April 7.

Sherri Kay Fall, 45, Vassar, is charged with failure to return rental property – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000. Pretrial is March 31 and Preliminary exam is April 7.

Kyle Michael Statler, 24, Fostoria, is charged with two counts of operating while intoxicated causing serious injury; and weapons – firearms – possession under the influence. Pretrial is March 31 and Preliminary exam is April 7.

Taylor Nicole Chisholm, 19, Monroe, is charged with robbery – unarmed; conspiracy to commit robbery – unarmed; unlawful imprisonment; and conspiracy to commit unlawful imprisonment. Pretiral was March 24 and preliminary exam is March 31.

CIRCUIT COURT

Kevin Casey Peters, 23, Clio, pled no contest to interfering with electronic communication; and domestic violence. Sentence date to be set.

Nicholas Robert Schaudt, 32, Marlette, pled no contest to controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense; and operating under the influence – occupant younger than 16. Sentence date to be set.

Tony Joe Emmons, 35, Mayville, pled guilty to motor vehicle – unlawful use. Sentence date to be set.

Robert Thomas Miller, 37, Otter Lake, pled no contest to license documents/plates – forgery; motor vehicle – operating without security; operating with the presence of a controlled substance. Sentence date to be set.

Tara Faye Haley, 37, Caro, was sentenced to 150 days, credit for 1, 150 days deferred, 24 months probation and ordered to pay $775 fines and costs for controlled substance – possession of analogues – 2nd or subsequent offense (habitual offender 4th offense).

Tara Lynn Fanchier, 29, Millington, was sentenced to 30 days, credit for 1, 30 days deferred, 12 months probation and ordered to pay $1,353 fines and costs for identity theft; and false pretenses – $200 or more but less than $1,000.

Garrett Jeffrey Rappuhn, 19, Caro, pled no contest to assault with intent to commit sexual penetration. Sentence date to be set.

Richard Lyn Eaton, 50, Fairgrove, pled guilty to sex offender – failure to comply with registration act. Sentence date to be set.
