CARO — Some new activities are being added to this year’s Tuscola County Pumpkin Festival celebration.
While displaying decorated pumpkins on the Tuscola County Courthouse lawn has long been a tradition, a new pumpkin decorating event is being added to this year’s celebration.
Great Start Collaborative Tuscola County will host a family fun night with a make and take home decorated pumpkin event at the Technology Center, 1401 Cleaver Road, Caro.
The event is open to children age eight and under.
Supplies will be available to decorate pumpkins, according to Susan Walker who is helping coordinate the event.
Those who want to participate may stop in to decorate a pumpkin between 4:30 – 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 30.
